Sr Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Front End for one of our clients, a company building technology-driven financial products with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term impact. The organization is investing heavily in its engineering team to support the evolution of its internal platforms and core business systems.

The Engineering team plays a central role in developing and maintaining production systems that support critical business workflows. Teams operate in an agile, product-oriented environment and focus on continuous improvement, high-quality delivery, and clear technical ownership. We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join an application scrum team and contribute directly to the development of core systems.

Responsibilities

1. Own the full software development lifecycle for production features and improvements
2. Design, implement, and maintain solutions in collaboration with the team
3. Actively participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions
4. Work closely with product and engineering partners to assess feasibility, scope, and technical trade-offs
5. Take ownership of assigned work from definition through deployment and follow-up
6. Proactively identify risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities
7. Address bugs, incidents, and production issues with a strong sense of accountability
8. Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly within a distributed team
9. Promptly address bugs and incidents, and consistently be accessible during core hours
10. Act as a resource for product on technical feasibility and complexity analysis for small features

Requirements

1. Must Have
2. 5+ years Front-end experience, including Javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, React is a must.
3. Strong, hands-on experience in building production applications
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
5. Experience working on business-critical systems and existing codebases
6. Experience with cloud based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
7. Experience in working with agile development practices
8. Experienced writing clean code and using design patterns and frameworks
9. Comfortable with JS frameworks such as Angular, Vue js, or React
10. Comfortable designing complex and large web systems
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
12. Strong English (spoken and written)
13. Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
14. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, a certificate from acoding bootcamp, or additional relevant experience
