Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front-End Focused)

Experience: 6+ years

Stack: Vue.js, TypeScript, SDKs, Python, Postgres, AWS


We are on a mission to power the next generation of rewards infrastructure - helping brands connect directly with consumers through innovative loyalty partnerships. We're a venture-backed startup building the rails of loyalty to make magical brand experiences possible.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a deep front-end focus to join our team. You'll lead the development of beautifully crafted user experiences, build and maintain our developer-facing SDKs, and define scalable front-end architecture from the ground up. You'll work directly with our Head of Engineering and cross-functional team to ship product at a high velocity in a fast-moving environment.


What You'll Do

  1. Lead the front-end development using Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
  2. Design and implement a modular, scalable front-end architecture for multiple surfaces (web apps, dashboards, embedded experiences)
  3. Build and maintain clean, well-documented SDKs and developer tools
  4. Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product designers to translate complex workflows into intuitive UI
  5. Drive best practices in front-end engineering, performance optimization, and testing
  6. Contribute to the full stack (we use Python and AWS) when needed


What You Bring

  1. 6+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in Vue.js
  2. A portfolio of user-facing products with elegant, performant UI
  3. Experience building, publishing, and maintaining developer-friendly SDKs or libraries
  4. Deep understanding of modern front-end development, including bundlers, state management, testing frameworks, and accessibility
  5. Strong product sense and attention to detail; you care about the how and why of user experience
  6. Experience working with GitHub for version control and collaboration
  7. Experience working in a multi-service (microservices or modular) architecture
  8. Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments, with high autonomy and ownership


Nice to Haves

  1. Experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI)
  2. Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, ECS, SQS/SNS, etc.)
  3. Exposure to Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
  4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  5. Previous startup or early-stage experience
