Sales Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the sales team in terms of motivation, knowledge levels and evaluations
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve revenue targets by expanding our customer base
  • Responsible for meeting established individual and team goals for closed deals and live campaigns 
  • Contribute to the company’s growth and develop strategies to bring the company closer to its vision
  • Report to MD directly on targets, statuses, processes and escalate when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to expand our client base
  • Responsible for having the right reports and needed documents (e.g., competition analysis) in place and for understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze sales team performance, evaluate marketing campaigns, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Ensures timely data entry and upkeep of CRM data entry to ensure CRM Dashboard reporting is accurate and up to date. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input into service and product development initiatives, ensuring that the network's offerings meet the evolving needs of clients and partners.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish the company recognition.
  • Writing and evaluating a-client proposals
  • Working on procedures, documents and training materials for internal use
  • Prepare the contracts and provide all documentation needed by the client 
  • Manage the marketing team to create brand awareness, that will support sales team with prospecting, by actively managing social media accounts, working on the website SEO, getting publisher articles published and building a lead generation funnel. 
  • Oversee the development of creation engaging marketing materials including presentations, case studies, and sales pitches, to effectively communicate the network's value proposition to potential clients.
  • Works closely with the company’s directors to achieve the targets and contribute to the company’s growth with unique ideas 


  • Online marketing experience - 5 years
  • Sales experience - 5 years 
  • Affiliate marketing or app marketing experience - 5 years  
  • Team management - 3 years
  • English - fluent
  • Spanish - fluent
  • Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of clients and achieving revenue goals (LATAM+EU).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with current marketing technologies and trends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and thrive in a remote work environment
