About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hitting goals, takes pride in their results, and is eager to grow.

You’ll be responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and prospect research. Your success will be measured by the number of high-quality meetings you book for Account Executives. Those who consistently exceed targets will earn uncapped commission and have opportunities to grow within the company.

What You’ll Do

  1. Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers at target accounts
  2. Use HubSpot CRM, Mixmax, and other prospecting tools to manage and track your outreach
  3. Research and identify key companies and contacts within target industries
  4. Book meetings with qualified leads and hand them off to Account Executives
  5. Maintain a structured daily rhythm with clear outreach and meeting goals
  6. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  7. Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets


What We’re Looking For

  1. 2 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or business development (SaaS experience preferred)
  2. Strong desire to succeed and make money; you are driven by hitting and exceeding targets
  3. Confident communicator who is comfortable making cold calls and building relationships
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong follow-up habits
  5. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  6. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  7. Self-starter attitude and motivated by personal and team success
