We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across channels, starting with Google Ads, while testing and validating additional performance marketing platforms over time. This individual will play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in PPC (particularly Google Ads), thrives on experimentation and data, and brings sharp strategic and creative judgment to performance campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing leadership, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are analytically rigorous and creatively compelling.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage and optimize day-to-day paid search campaigns, primarily on Google Ads
- Build and execute testing frameworks to identify and validate new performance channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta)
- Track key performance metrics (MQLs, CPL, CAC) and make data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
- Plan and manage monthly budgets of $15K–$40K, scaling based on performance
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with designers to develop ad creative and landing page experiences that align with campaign messaging and drive conversion
- Provide clear input on ad copy, keywords, and campaign concepts to ensure alignment across creative assets
- Contribute ideas and feedback to refine messaging strategies
Cross-Channel Lifecycle Marketing
- Support basic email marketing execution in HubSpot as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across performance, lifecycle, and content marketing efforts
Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with emphasis on paid search (Google Ads)
- Proven success managing budgets of $25K+ monthly and driving measurable pipeline impact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
- Excellent command of English for writing and evaluating compelling ad copy
- Experience collaborating with design and content teams on campaign alignment
- Self-starter comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
