Full Time - Long Term - Junior


What will be your tasks?

  1. Source candidates for different positions and clients
  2. Identify the technologies requested on the job description
  3. Record each activity in our ATS
  4. Conduct interviews and check out requirements
  5. Follow up of each candidate during the client’s selection process


What we expect from you:

  1. Previous experience in IT recruiting.
  2. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to be able to write emails/DMs on LinkedIn
  3. Ability to conduct full interviews in English.
  4. Experience as a freelancer.
  5. Be active and committed.
  6. Great communication skills
  7. Great management and organizational skills
  8. Strong results orientation
  9. Proactivity and autonomy

We will mainly consider individuals who work 100% as freelancers
